How Big is Your Root? How Sensual, Healthy Vegetables Make You Irresistible
How do you get those guys to drop their jaw as they see you enter a room to eat a handful of healthy vegetables? How do you get those girls to notice you as you leave the pool?
How do you look like Christian Bale? Will Smith? Ryan Gosling? Halle Berry? Salma
Hayek? Julia Roberts?
And crap…how do they do it so fast?
Well the answer is pretty arousing. I hope you can handle it.
Healthy Vegetables.
Sexy, seductive, sensual, heart, healthy vegetables.
Is your mouth watering? Find yourself sweating of the most healthy vegetables? I bet.
Sure sexy, dreamy people are working out and yeah they are eating protein. But they also have a hidden fetish: pounding vegetables.
When choosing a main squeeze we like to look for eye candy. Vegetables are no different. Mother Nature in her glorious wisdom realized that we like bright, shiny objects like healthy vegetables and fruits. That is what makes us stop and look at fruit or vegetables when we see it, not just in a supermarket, but out in the wild.
This color is what is also used to attract insects and birds to eat them, and poop out their seeds in other locations to help them flourish. (I know, that probably does not go with the sexy theme, but it is true.) If it makes you feel better the color pigmentation also helps the vegetables get a good tan from the sun without getting burned.
The reason I mention this color thing, is because it is natural. Our deep love and compassion for vegetables is the way it is supposed to be.
Free choice. Free Love.
We were meant to eat a variety of vegetables and not stick to just one. This is like the value of dating a ton of people so you figure out who you like, but in this case it is healthy to keep dating a ton of vegetable options forever. They all come with unique strengths and value to your body.
Healthy vegetables provide several essential factors for optimal health very similar to fruit that we talked about. They are both slow digesting carbs with a lot of value to your body. Veggies, also like fruit, fulfill us with moving minerals, voluptuous vitamins and arousing antioxidants. There is one sexy secret about veggies that separates them and gives them a 10 on “Hot or Not” that we will talk about in a bit.
So what healthy vegetables and what are some of the other benefits of eating healthy vegetables?
Phytonutrients
Vegetables have phytonutrients. Steamy I know. Phytonutrients are natural chemicals found in plants that help protect them against invaders like insects. Think of it as mace for plants. Some of these chemicals include carotenoids and flavonoids. Don’t let this stuff blow your mind. I will try to simplify.
Carotenoids
Veggies that are orange, yellow or red tend to have carotenoids in them that cause this pigmentation. Think squash, carrots, sweet potatoes, and bell peppers. Carotenoids, variety of them like beta-carotene, help with vitamin A nourishment and positively influence growth hormones, so yes bigger is better. They also do a nice job of fighting against disease by helping to build up your immune system. So don’t expect to get sick or worn down during the night of that crucial date.
Two other carotenoids, lutein and zeaxanthin, help protect your eyes against oxidative damage. I am not saying it will prevent beer goggles, but seeing better sure won’t hurt. Lutein and zeaxanthin can also show up in some of our green counterparts like spinach, collard greens, brussels sprouts, and broccoli. These vegetables will show up on any healthy vegetables list and they are some of the best healthy vegetables you can eat.
Lycopene also does some nice surface related stuff. It helps to prevent against UV-related damage from the sun and it does a nice job supporting your heart to combat coronary heart disease.
Flavonoid
This phytonutrient tends to be more blue, purple or a bit of red in color. There are about 4,000 of these guys. That is a lot of options ladies. I won’t get into them all, but you can gawk a bit more here.
What are some of the healthy vegetables to eat that have flavonoids? You will find these in red onions, red cabbage, eggplants, celery, parsley, broccoli, and kale. Again, I am mentioning some green veggies, but that is more of an exception than rule. One of the big things you will notice about flavonoids is that it brings your cells back to life and gives them strength like a kiss from Wendy the Lifeguard.
Antioxidants
It builds antioxidants to fight the wear and tear our bodies face from sunlight, radiation, cigarette smoke, oxidative foods like sugar, and much more. As you get older you still look drop dead hot, in fact better. You don’t have to wonder any more whether someone is dumping you because of how you look. You can the confidence to not settle, but find someone you are excited to be around.
Vitamins and Minerals
Vegetables contain a slew of vitamins and minerals that would make you want to put a pin-up on your wall of a piece of asparagus. From Vitamin A through everything, calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron, and probably minerals and vitamins that haven’t even been invented yet. So what does this mean to your social life? Maybe you will finally feel comfortable being seen out in public.
Insoluble Fiber
Remember when I said there was a reason why you would give healthy vegetables a “10” on Hot or Not. Well that 10 is thanks to insoluble fiber. The insoluble fiber is there to counter the fructose and help your body control insulin levels.
With insoluble fiber your body retains less fat and breaks apart more of those triglycerides (fat cells) to be used as energy. So less fat and more energy to woo the ladies. Winning! That means more beach time, more dates and activities with that attractive person you have been eyeing or the spouse you love.
As you lower your level of fat, you also lower your risk of metabolic syndrome which means an even lower chance of getting major chronic diseases. Things like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cardiovascular disease. It is all one big ball of related mess.
Want to grow old with that significant other? Want to be beautiful on the inside and out for them for many years to come? Eat veggies.
Avoid the Mood Swings
All of this works hand in hand with depression and anxiety. By eating more veggies and less refined carbs like grains and sugar means there is less damage to your intestines, liver, heart, arteries and everywhere else.
As you put more stress on your body by eating poorly (grains and sugar), your body releases cortisol (another hormone) to counter this stress. This causes even more fat to be stored and more cortisol to be released. Cortisol is a key factor in raising your depression and anxiety levels.
So remember that time you were not confident enough to ask that attractive person out? Well, this might help to change it. I am not guaranteeing they are going to go out with you, but confidence never hurts. The bottom line is that veggies help you see the tantalizing person that you are.
Even Sexier Reasons to Eat Healthy Vegetables?
Remember how I said healthy vegetables have insoluble fiber and fructose just like fruit? Well the major difference is that vegetables have less fructose and generally speaking (each fruit and vegetable is unique) a higher fiber-fructose ratio. This means even lower insulin levels and less chance of gaining fat while getting more nutrients.
So yes you can have an all-out orgy of healthy vegetables in your mouth.
Vegetables also promote satiating hormones like PYY and leptin to help you know your body is full. Grains and sugar do the opposite by exploiting insulin.
Vegetables also have a higher thermic effect, which means those calories burn much faster than fruits or grains. In fact, some healthy vegetables like celery or lettuce have a “negative calorie balance”. This means you burn more calories just by eating them. Very hot indeed.
So the reasons for vegetables are endless. I am sure your mouth is watering right now with anticipation.
Don’t wait. Give in to your urges. Eat some vegetables.
