Put Your Lean Mass Where Your Mouth Is: Welcome To Cade Studies
One of the valuable things I have learned from people that I have interacted with, that either have found success in nutrition and fitness programs or need some support, is that you must be willing to get your hands dirty. Or sweaty.
Part of the purpose I started this business was not only my passion for personal health, but to assist others in whatever way made the most sense. There are so many products out there for food and nutrition.
It can be mind boggling.
The only way I can truly help you is by testing it out myself.
Starting next week we are going to begin a section in the blog called “Cade Studies”. It is a play on my name, Cade, combined with case studies if you didn’t catch it already. I just wanted to show you how witty I am.
It will not only help you to have the courage you need to become the best physical and mental you, but also it will help me be more well-rounded (hopefully not physically well rounded) in what advice I am providing you.
I will admit time and time again I am not the smartest guy. I don’t have a degree in health and wellness, exercise science, or nutrition or anything like that. I am not the most genetically gifted guy that can claim an Olympic gold medal or a collegiate championship.
If you are looking for that, then I suggest that you go to some other places and I can recommend places for you.
I am a normal guy and in most situations probably just like you with a job, bills, family, and the whole works. I think there are a lot of us out there that are looking for ways to gain a little more confidence in the simple areas of life.
My goal again is to help you understand a little more about yourself as I am understanding more about myself. Each one of us will respond to exercise and food differently. We are going to figure that out together. I may not have the accolades, but I will put in the time necessary to help as many of you as I possibly can.
I want to provide a piece of the world where you can learn a few more things about yourself and hopefully walk away each time feeling like a better person and getting closer to achieving your goals.
So with that, next week we start Cade Studies. I will put it next week tentatively because I am waiting for some equipment to come in for my first experiment.
We are going after the mother-load: P90X (Imagine me making an X with my forearms like Tony Horton right now)
I will be giving weekly reports at the very least. I will be doing the whole measurement process of body fat, weight, body part sizes, etc. I will also provide before and after pictures when we are done with the madness.
So buckle up.
If you would like to join my in this endeavor, then stay tuned and I will post the start date. Sorry if that causes any inconvenience.
Get ready to know a little more about your body!
